Terms of Service and Disclaimer for photographybanzai.com

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to photographybanzai.com and any affiliated website(s), all email newsletters published or distributed by Scott Waldron, and all other interactive features, services, and communications (collectively, the “Site(s)”) provided by Scott Waldron (“SW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site(s), you agree to these Terms. This is a binding legal agreement between you and us. If you are using the Site(s) on behalf of an organization, that organization accepts these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site(s).

If you are under 13 years of age, do not use the Site(s). If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Site(s) only with parental or guardian consent and only if you are fully able to comply with these Terms.

1. Use of Content on the Site(s)

The Site(s) shall be deemed based solely in Illinois. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts of the Northern District of Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining sections remain in full force.

We may block access to the Site(s) from any IP address or terminate any user’s access for violation of these Terms.

7Artisans 50mm f/1.8 for Nikon Z-mount Overview

In this overview, I'm taking a look at the 7Artisans 50mm f/1.8 lens for the Nikon Z system. Is it worth considering over the official Nikon Z 50mm f/1.8s lens?
